- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, our payment processors, and our delivery/fulfillment partners as needed to complete your order.
- Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including Credit/ Debit Card numbers, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and EBT where applicable), email address and phone number.
- Customer support information
- Purpose of collection: to respond to your questions, resolve issues with your order, and provide customer support.
- Source of collection: collected directly from you (email, phone, or contact form)
- Disclosure for a business purpose: not shared except as needed to resolve your inquiry (e.g., with Shopify or a delivery partner regarding a specific order).

Minors

Sharing Personal Information

- SMS / Mobile Messaging Privacy: When you opt in to receive text messages from Prime Bazaar, we collect your mobile phone number and your record of consent solely to send the messages you signed up for. We share your mobile phone number with our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, only to the extent necessary to deliver those messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is excluded from all other categories of sharing described in this policy.
- We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Behavioral Advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:
